Initial consultation Deep Relaxation week 1 - 8, this must be listened to every night as you go to sleep. It promotes you accessing Rapid Eye Movement sleep. If you do shift work then please listen to it during the day as you go to sleep.

This is a continuum from the initial consultation. It's to be used as a follow-up from the initial relaxation download. The same applies: week 9 onwards, listen to it as you go to sleep, it will continue to help you to relax and remember it plays a vital role in keeping your STRESS bucket empty.

How does it work?

'During trance,the subconscious emotional mind becomes intellectually engaged' so that it CONCENTRATES. Hypnosis is a positive process, when you are in trance you utilize the positive aspects of hypnosis to generate deep and lasting change, simply put, it allows you to bypass your emotional critical facility which is where your negative thinking styles and behaviour are created and stored.

The purpose of this download is to help you regain more intellectual control. It will help you assimilate all the emotions you are currently dealing with, so that you feel calmer. It will support you as you make changes and it also promotes Neuroplasticity, reformats sleep patterns and energizes and formats new neural pathways.  

You will feel calmer and will find that your thinking becomes clearer. As you know each person is an individual, so the changes that you experience will vary from anyone elses experience to trance and deep relaxation.

Please note that it is VITAL that you listen to CD (INITIAL CONSULTATION) every night as you go to sleep this will ensure that you get the very best out of your therapy.
